Welcome to cawabanga. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the cawabanga platform and all its services. By registering on or using cawabanga, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If any part of these terms is unacceptable to you for any reason, please refrain from using the cawabanga platform.

In these terms, "we", "our", or "cawabanga" refers to the cawabanga platform and its operating entity. "You" or "user" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Bengali version shall prevail — that is cawabanga's policy.

To use cawabanga's services, you must first create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration. cawabanga reserves the right to close any account opened with false information, at any time.

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you believe your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact cawabanga support immediately.
• The mobile number and email address registered on your account must remain active, as important notifications will be sent to them.
• Cawabanga may request the necessary documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Failure to provide them within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Cawabanga's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age. cawabanga strictly prohibits providing gaming services to minors.

For age verification, cawabanga may request a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Accounts may be temporarily suspended in cases of doubt.

Users residing in areas where online gaming is prohibited under applicable Bangladeshi law are requested to refrain from using cawabanga. Compliance with this requirement is entirely the user's responsibility.

• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit — direct withdrawal to a different method is not available.
• If money laundering or suspicious transactions are detected, cawabanga reserves the right to withhold any payments and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Cawabanga regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the offer page. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonuses can generally only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Using multiple accounts, false information, or any other fraudulent methods to claim bonuses will result in immediate bonus cancellation.
• Cawabanga reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• Whether two bonuses can be active at the same time will be specified in the terms of the relevant offer.

All betting activity on cawabanga is governed by specific rules. We recommend reading the relevant game or event rules carefully before placing a bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the cash-out feature is available.
• If a bet is confirmed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, cawabanga reserves the right to void that bet.
• In the event of a cancelled or incomplete event, cawabanga will settle bets in accordance with its established rules.
• Sports Betting results are always verified against official sources.
• Cawabanga reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns or suspected match-fixing and to suspend the relevant bets pending review.

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If a bet is recorded at an incorrect price due to network delays, cawabanga will review and attempt to settle it at the correct odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cawabanga platform. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Deliberately exploiting any bug or technical error in the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or other users' accounts.
• Manipulating or participating in the manipulation of any game or betting event.
• Harassing or insulting other users.

Cawabanga reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, particularly in cases of terms violations. The reason for closure will be communicated where possible, though this may not always be feasible.

• You can also close your account yourself — just contact support.
• As part of responsible gaming, you have the option to self-exclude from the platform for a set period or permanently.
• Any remaining valid balance at the time of account closure will be refunded; however, bonus balances are non-refundable.
